Cancellation Policy
At TruGene Laboratory, we value your time and strive to deliver prompt, professional service. In order to serve all clients efficiently and fairly, we have established the following cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policy. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time. This notice allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment slot to another client. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you miss your appointment entirely, you may be charged up to the full cost of the service. We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to reschedule, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate a new appointment time that works for you. However, repeated short-notice changes may be subject to additional fees or limited future availability. For prepaid services, a full refund will only be issued if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance. If canceled within 24 hours, your payment may be partially refunded or non-refundable, depending on the service and any preparations already made. No refunds are issued for missed appointments or same-day cancellations. All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original form of payment. For mobile testing appointments, our technicians often begin preparing or traveling well in advance of your scheduled time. If a mobile appointment is canceled on the same day or the client is not available upon arrival, the full service fee and an additional travel charge may apply, and the visit may not be eligible for refund.
